International Payment Terms: Minimum Order: $100.00. Less than minimum add $25.00. Minimum documentation and packaging charges $25.00 per shipment. Banking, consular, forwarding fee, insurance, etc., will be additional. Orders will be shipped freight collect at current prices and are payable in US dollars. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Certified Check, Irrevocable letter of credit drawn at site or Open Account.
Delivery Date: We make every effort to maintain adequate inventory levels of each item displayed in this catalog. We will ship in-stock merchandise approximately 5-10 working days after receipt of order.
Shipping and Handling: All orders will be shipped F.O.B. factory or warehouse by UPS (United Parcel Service) where possible. Shipping and handling will be prepaid and added to your invoice total. Please authorize expedited shipping if necessary to meet your requested delivery date.
Sales Tax: Wisconsin, Illinois, and Washington Orders: Add state sales tax or supply resale or tax exempt certificate.Returns: No merchandise returns will be accepted without prior notification of our Customer Service Department. If your shipment is damaged upon arrival, please notify the delivery carrier.Prices: Prices in this on-line catalog are subject to change without prior notice.Overruns and Underruns: On Custom Imprint Orders we reserve the right to ship and bill 10% over or under the ordered amount.Cancelled Orders: Customers who cancel orders will be billed for all charges up to the date of cancellation, as confirmed by our Customer Service Department.
